Phew, hello everyone! It's been a hot minute. I'm thrilled to announce that I'm not dead just yet~!
I have been working on my humble abode for a few days now. I hope I nailed the whole rustic cottage thing.
Also peep the small little music studio in my bedroom. I actually sing and do some songwriting on the side so
it was fun to make this little corner in the room somewhat relevant to me. One of my dreams is to
build a small music studio in my house one day! ^.^

Hello everyone! Long time no see! ^^ It has been over a year since I played AC and I came back after hearing about
all of the huge updates coming in November. Can you believe I've also never played through the Halloween update?
It's going to be my first time experiencing Halloween this month I'm so excited to collect all of the Halloween
furniture and DIYs!

I then stopped by the park to get a quick workout in because unfortunately I was lazy
and skipped the gym IRL today to get more playtime in.

Just taking a late night stroll around town. The best view of the moon is definitely at Treetop Restaurant.
Although I adore the hustle and bustle of building and creating during the daytime, when
night time comes, it is a nice reminder to slow down and appreciate what I've worked on.

A few days ago, I received news that I was accepted into my nursing program! Excited as ever,
I decided to brush up on some of my studies and made a trip to the school library...

It took me a long time to decide what topics I should read up on.
The library selection here is endless!

But I finally decided on a few noteworthy titles and settled down into a nice corner of the library.
Weird of me I know, but I've always found it much more comfortable to read on the floor.

As time passed, my stomach grumbled, and I knew it was time to head home.
But before that, I couldn't resist grabbing a quick snack. I was ecstatic since I hadn't eaten in hours!

These days, I have been working on filling up some of the small beach areas on my island.
I don't plan on doing anything too crazy, just a few blankets or sitting areas here and there.
This is a small painting spot by the shore. And wow--look at that painting! Whoever painted this ocean was spot-on.
Credits to Lace of Etude (MA-7455-8851-7629) for this custom painting.
She has many other canvases that are absolutely beautiful!

I also finally completed the wedding reception area on the island.
I've always dreamed of a beach wedding and taking wedding pictures by the ocean...
Now who's going to be my lucky guy?

I've been working on some home renovations. I turned my left room into a little bakery, and my back room into a sewing room.
Turns out not only can my island representative sew, but she can also cook up a storm!
My plans are to turn my own home into a small marketplace.
In the little town of Maplewood, Vivi owns several businesses--an alterations store, a bakery, and she also sells the fresh fruits and vegetables she grows on her farm... Let's just call her multi-talented.

I moved my kitchen/pantry/workshop into the basement and added a few extra touches since I had more room.
I think the basement definitely suits the design better! Now what kind of stew are we brewing up today...

I'm so excited to announce that all rooms in my home have been completed!
The Maplewood Flea Market is officially open for business.
Stop by to take a look around, and I'm sure you'll find something priceless.
We've got a fresh produce market to your right, and a local bakery to your left that opens at 6AM every morning.

Today I went on an evening hike to clear my thoughts after a day's worth of interior designing.
There's still much more to do, but my home was one of the things I was very eager to finish, so I'm glad it's been taken care of.
Have to remind myself that it's nice to take a break now and then!
