I was gonna say, totally a win, except seeing that they didn’t work.ok, but this was an improvement
Even with an ad blocker, the large empty gap where it's supposed to be is somewhat hard on the eyes and looks awkward. This isn't a problem on my mobile Safari browser, thankfully.I have to agree, I don’t like the large ad on the top of the page. It’s very distracting and makes the website harder to use when it doesn’t load immediately.
That’s what I was talking about. I don’t mind ads on the site being a way to earn some money to fund any necessary repairs or updates but a large ad block at the very top of each page is an issue. I don’t want to click a bit too low for the control panel and end up on another site when I don’t want to.I have to agree, I don’t like the large ad on the top of the page. In my experience, it's always come up as a link when I hold down on it for too long. You're right in your edit, you just hold the button for a very brief amount of time and you don't get it asking if you wish to open in another tabI noticed that, when I hold down the like reaction to pull up other reacts while on mobile, it treats it as if I want to open a link. I remember this being a bit of a glitch before (where it would have this window popup, and it wouldnt let me select any reacts besides "Like"), and I'd just reboot the browser to get it to work. now it is letting me select other reacts, but it always has this window popup first now, and I have to touch off to the side to make it go away so I can select react.

edit: I think the solution is to hold down the react button for only a brief moment. I think before it was required to hold it longer, but I could be wrong. it may simply take a little adjusting on my part.
I was just about to mention this too, so it's good to know how to avoid this pop up! I've personally never had it do this before :vI noticed that, when I hold down the like reaction to pull up other reacts while on mobile, it treats it as if I want to open a link.
