Your Lugia sig is pretty bland. It lacks a lot of depth in most places, and the focal placing is plain awful. Lugia is in the top right corner while there's effects going on below it, which doesn't make much sense to be honest 0_o. The Lighting is like a 200px white soft brush, which is fine but I'd spice it up a bit more (overlay layers perhaps?). Overall, I'd give it a 7/10. Don't think I'm being mean either, I just like to get down to the point when it comes to reviewing signatures ;P .
