I know I don't deserve Marshal since I've only just recently been looking for him, but I would love to have him in my town (forever of course) I plan on playing the game for a long time and will definitely not look to sell Marshal or anything. I think he will fit in very well in my town, and I will definitely love him and take good care of him

OMG, I love Marshal so much. <3 Seriously. I've had multiple dreams about him, and goodness...it would mean the world to me if I could have him.
Oh please...I couldn't keep Merengue in a raffle since I didn't have room, so winning this would make my day. I love him so much! (And I'm checking to make sure if I have room. Will edit this post if I don't have room.)
And he is a number one dreamie for me, along with Merengue! I have one slot left and Marshal is one of my very favorite characters. I will never sell him to anyone, and that's a promise! Thank you so much for doing this; this doesn't even happen once every month, haha! XD

So how much longer until we know? I'm in the Central Time Zone, so I don't really know when that'll be. The only time I ever learned about time zones was 3 years ago, and we didn't learn much about them.

EST is one hour ahead of CST. Though, I did notice the OP said the time is subject to change.

I remember there was a Marshal raffle a few days ago and no one who won was online ( which was one of the rules ) so she had to pick over and over again XD
