Marvel.
As a previous user mentioned, I also find DC heroes to be too OP- I like Batman though (Who doesn't though?)- whereas most Marvel heroes are more realistic. Though sometimes I do get a bit confused with the comicverse since everything is all tied together, while I jump between series so I miss a fair few references. I do wish that Marvel had all the movie rights for their characters too, I want Spider-man in the Avengers and I'm going to be so conflicted when Age of Ultron is released because I love DoFP Quicksilver so much, plus the Civil War storyline won't be as good due to a cut down list of characters.
I am currently reading AXIS, All-New-X-Factor and House of M comics wise and I'm waiting for my DoFP DVD to arrive so I can rewatch that a bazillion more times (I just wish Quicksilver had more scenes :p )
My favourite Marvel characters are: Captain Marvel, Storm, Quicksilver, Loki, Deadpool and Black Widow. Gambit and Polaris are also starting to grow on me.

Though after watching the first episode of Gotham I am enjoying that, I might try watching some more DC stuff but I am not touching anything Superman...

DC. Always had better cartoon shows, live action TV shows, videogames, and comics storylines. :Z

DC. I think they've done the parallel universe thing better and i feel like the characters have more interesting backstories and multiverse character interactions. Like I think the Justice League is more interesting than the Avengers and the New 52 and Infinite Crisis storylines are incredible. The DC games, TV shows, and animated movies are awesome too. Like Flashpoint Paradox and Justice League Doom. Masterful movies. Albeit, CW makes the Live Action shows pretty cheesy. But Teen Titans are Young Justice were great. Plus I love Shazam.
