Hello! This is my little cycling town that I just started! My mayor's name is Felix, my town's name is Meadow, and my Friend Code (FC) is 3669-1208-0840. The rules are below:
- Offer when the villager is in boxes. You can reserve/lurk if they are out of the town, but you can only offer/pay buyout when they are in boxes.
- I do have lurking! Only 1 villager at a time can be lurked per person. Lurking is FREE!
- I do have reservations. If you reserve, the price will be the buyout price of that villager. The reservation fee is 5 TBT. you can reserve for future and current villagers.
- There are only 10 slots for reservations.
- You don't have to pay the amount of the buyout. The buyout means that if you pay that amount (or over) for that villager first, you get them! All you have to do is pick them up once they are in boxes!
- There are minimum offers. See below.
- If you pay under the buyout, if your offer is the highest by when I finish the offers, (the period to place an offer will probably be two hours. If I am not there that day, I will TT back/ (if there are no other offers while the villager is in boxes and you offer, you will get them!
- I reserve the right to deny your offer for any reason, this probably won't happen though.
- I will ALWAYS refund if something happens.
- I will notify you via private message when the villager that you are lurking is in my town, BEFORE i post it on the thread.
- You can run, pick weeds, take fruit, but follow me when you arrive at the train station.
- I am not very reliable on weekdays. If something happens to where the villager leaves and you were lurking/reserving/had buyout, I will give you a discount.
- If your starting price is too low, I will wait until other prices have been offered.
- I think that's it, if there are any other things I need to include, or that you want me to, tell me!
- If a villager is in my campsite that you want, you must reserve them.
- Since this is a speed cycling town, I will not know if the animal's interior is original or not. I will know if their catchphrase and shirt are. I don't think greeting is affected, but I will find out. Anyways, since I can't tell if the interior is unoriginal, there will be no refunds if it turns out that that villager's house is unoriginal. However, if I know they are unoriginal beforehand, there will be a discount.
