[Elijo]

"Thanks! I couldn't have done it without you!" Kuma hugs ACE.

 

[Dandie]

Melody walked outside and caught a few bugs to sell at Re-Tail. She drew them first, and then sold them for 20,000 bells. "Wow! Thanks Reese!" She walked home and sat down, drawing. "Shouldn't you stop drawing so much?" Her mom asked.
"Why?"
"Because."
"Fine." Melody stopped drawing and watched some TV. "I'm getting bored. This was the first normal day in a while. I'm going to bed." She went to sleep in her bedroom.

 

[Elijo]

Kuma begins to wash the dishes quietly and Luna turns the tv on.

 

[Midoriya]

ACE helped Kuma finish the dishes. Then he kissed her on the lips while hugging her for a long time. "I'm tired. See you tomorrow." ACE said. He went to his room and went to sleep.

 

[Elijo]

Kuma smiles, as if she was fully in love. She goes into bed, grabs a note book and draws a self-portrait of ACE. After drawing, she goes straight to sleep.

 

[Midoriya]

ACE woke up. He made sausage, eggs, and hash brown. Then he put some on a plate for Kuma and Luna.

 

[Elijo]

Kuma and Luna walks to the table and sits down to eat their breakfast.
"This is delicious!" Kuma calls out happliy, finishing off her breakfast.
"I agree!" Luna replies while placing her plate and silverware in the sink.

 

[Midoriya]

"Thanks." ACE said. As he was about to hug Kuma, a bunch of smoke bombs came in from the window. ACE, Luna, and Kuma fell to the ground. Some smoke bombs entered Melody's house too. Melody and her mom fell to the ground.

 

[Elijo]

Kuma coughs continously until she faints. Luna holds her breath but later faints as well.

 

[Dandie]

"What the-" Melody and her mom said together. They fell to the ground.

 

[Elijo]

The five wake up in the back of a truck, where it was so dark even if you close your eyes and open them, nothing would happen.
"Hello?" Kuma calls out.

 

[Dandie]

"Kuma!?" Melody calls back. Her voice was muffled and she was tied up so tight she couldn't move. "Mom...?"
"I'm here." Melody's mom's voice wasn't muffled.
"We need to get out of h-"
"Nuh-uh-uh little girls. And mummy boy." A gruff voice said. "We've been looking for you five ever since the train incident." Melody panicked and tried to kick the person. "You shouldn't do that." He picked her up and threw her onto the ground. Her leg hit the floor first. She yelled and realized her leg was broken.

 

[Elijo]

"Hey! Leave her alone!" Kuma shouts furiously as she tries to break out of the rope. She realises that she has a pocket knife but decides not to use it. She also has a lighter in her hand but decides to wait until the person isn't watching. "Man this rope's tight!"
"Please! Don't hurt us!" Luna cries out.

 

[Dandie]

Melody's mom yelled and tried to wiggle out of the ropes. "Why do you want us!?" She yelled.
"I don't know...maybe because you kicked us out of our own train!" He said. "Guards. Put the girl with the broken leg into the questioning room and the rest into the dungeons. Now." The guards showed up out of nowhere and picked everyone up. They put Melody into a room with a table, chair, paper, and pen. They put everyone else into the dungeons, in separate rooms, except Kuma and Luna, who were together.

 

[Elijo]

"Not this again... I hate being trapped in rooms!" Kuma growls and punches the brick wall.
"I hope Melody's okay," Luna whispers as she walks across the room.
"I hope she is too. With her injury and all..."
"What do you have in your hand?"

Luna points to the lighter and the pocket knife. The knife has the engraving, "Remember me when you're chopping vegetables with this". The lighter has the engraving, "Think of all the candles you could lit". Kuma looks at Luna with a sense of hope and inspects the metal bars.

"I think we have a way out of here."

 

[Dandie]

The man held up Melody's book. "Where did you get this!?" He yelled.
"What?"
"Where did you get this book!?"
"I-I don't know! I found it!"
"Where did you find it!?"
"Near a forest in my town!"
"..." The man put the book down. He said, "Think of your happiest memory."
"Why?"
"Do it!"
Melody thought of when she was reunited with her mom. The book glowed and turned dark green. The man laughed. "Finally! The Forest Book is mine!"
"The what!?"
"You, little girl, have forest magic inside you. The only one in the universe. That magic can be used to control anything in the forest. And now it's mine! All mine!"
Melody struggled, but couldn't get out. The man hooked her to a machine. Melody started to feel tired, and passed out.

 

[Elijo]

Kuma burns the metal bars and disguises Luna and herself as guards. Luckily, they were both as tall as the guards. They go to the questioning room with a frying pan. The guy comes out of the room and they hit him unconscious. Kuma grabs the book and enters the room. Luna barricades the door so no-one can get in.

"Melody!" Kuma calls out as she unplugs the machine. "Please be okay..."

 

[Dandie]

"Urgh...Kuma?" Melody awoke. She fell to the ground. She told them about the Forest Book. "I...think he took my magic..."

 

[Elijo]

"Don't worry, we'll deal with him. Right now we need to find ACE."

 

[Dandie]

Melody tried to stand up, but with a broken leg and her magic gone, she couldn't. "I can't stand..." She looked at the table. The book was gone. "Where's the book?"
