Merging Topics? :O

Has this always been a thing or is it new? I know usually the mods just close threads and redirect them to the current thread on the topic... but someone else just made a Holiday Wishlist post and it got redirected and merged to mine which kind of blew my mind!

That's pretty cool though! Cause I know you move them from board to board as well but this is my first time witnessing a Topic merge!
