Exactly as the title suggests.
I really expected more from a Nintendo app, and despite the fact that it's not horrible, I feel like it has already lost its appeal. Simply put, it's a social media app, and let's be honest, there are far more viable options when it comes to social media. It would have been great if there was a little more to it to make it a bit more of an actual game, but I do still find myself checking in every day just for the clothing.
So, with that aside, what does everyone else thing?

It was fun at first, but now I hardly play it. Mainly because not enough questions. I finished answering all of them and all my mii can tell me is "I was gonna ask you something, but I forgot."
The clothes are just meh, and I don't have enough actual friends playing it. Just random mutuals I don't even know that add me.
I could think of a million questions to add to the game to keep it fresh ( I mean have you seen how many "Ask me this on tumblr" questionares there are?)

And apparently playing it gives me nintendo coins for their new my nintendo system, but honestly I can't even figure out how many I've accumulated in order to redeem something..

It gives you coins for My Nintendo if you've linked the accounts. You can see how much you've accumulated by logging on to my.nintendo.com . It's always displayed at the top, and you can see what dailies you still need to complete to get the max amount of coins for that day, if you feel like it.

I don't use it as much as I used to in the beginning, but I expected that. I think it's normal to be really into something near the beginning, and then finally simmer down. If I looked at Miitomo as much as I did on the first day, I'd have no life.

I lost the hype when I realized that Nintendo doesn't give us enough coins or tickets to keep me interested
Plus, you can add as many strangers as you'd like, but not a lot of them communicate with my Mii so I'm left to just scrape tickets by changing my outfit frequently

yeah I'm kind of over it too. I still load it up every day to collect my reward and I comment on a few things here and there but now I just get asked all the same questions and it wants me to just change the original answer I put in there. annoying

I haven't even tried it. I just think Nintendo need to stop with these random business endeavours. Focus on making good games instead. This whole Mii nonsense is getting old anyway.

i feel the same way. i view the app a couple mins a day and look at the shop and i'll view a few questions but i spend a maximum of 5 minutes looking at it. and they definitely need to make it a lot more entertaining to keep people engaged longer.

Yeah, I haven't been interacting with the app as much as before, mainly due to how little coins and tickets can be earned. I check to collect the daily reward, check the shop, and answer some stuff but I hope Nintendo makes the app more interactive.

Most everyone I've added are bored with it or are clearly doing the bare minimum like me to get most of the daily My Nintendo Missions completed. I enjoy answering some of these questions but ultimately I saw it ending up like Tomodachi Life and have ultimately no replay value.

The good thing that Miitomo had over Tomodachi Life is that it doesn't cost anything to play it in first place and that the only you could pay with real money is to add more Miitomo coins. However, the option isn't a good excuse for the app to be stingy with tickets and coins.
I still loathes on how Miitomo Drop is so difficult that luck is pretty much required to get anything better rather than stockpiling up tonnes of nearly useless candies. A lot of the boards have too many variables to take into consideration to make the mini-game really skill-based and they should've swapped for different rewards to lessen my discouragement, instead of punishing me with 3 plain ol' candies per fail!

Bad video game designs on Miitomo Drop and tickets/coins stinginess aside, I still believe that Miitomo is a perfectly competent free app. I play it for at least 15 minutes daily to interact with peoples on my friend list, while still answering questions, commentating and adding heart as often as needed. If I can't come with a proper answer, I could just provide a random and perhaps hilarious one. I currently have 2 friends on my list, one of which is completely inactive and the other using it irregularly, therefore being unable to guarantee filling 3 missions out of 5.
Miitomo hasn't lost its wonder to me yet, but it does definitely feel a little grind at times. I can say that you shouldn't spend any longer than 15 minutes on every 8 hours and restrict to just a few friends for Miitomo to be more manageable and enjoyable.

Same... I lost interest a few days ago (maybe even last week sometime).
It's a shame... I do check it every now and then though.

If I could customise the house, I'd be more hooked on it.

ooh that's a really cool idea! yeah that would be awesome if you could customize the house

Maybe they'll change the characters and re-release it and call it Animal Crossing or something... Oh wait :O
Haha I dunno, I guess it would be too much like AC if you could do that :(

Yeah, it's pretty boring at this point. The fact you stop getting coins for things after you have done them about 5 times (Listening to answers, answering ect) seems to make it so you feel like you have completed that days 'objectives'. The drop game is annoying, even today I played the Splatoon Boy machine 4 times and got candy each one.

Candy does really annoy me, especially when it is the daily gift instead of coins. I wish you could exchange candy for prizes if you just need a specific one. (Even 10 or 15 candy would be reasonable to me) but no, just use it for useless answers. Oh well, I hope updates will bring more fun back to it.

Yeah its kinda boring now since everyone is kinda inactive, plus I've been here since day one and got all the daily rewards and once you complete it you don't start over, which means you have to skip a day (I think) to get rewards again. I only check in for the clothes now...

I just go on it to get my daily rewards, that's it really.
