Miitomo has kind of lost its wonder, hasn't it?

I think people were expecting too much from it. It is free and it is an app. It does its job. You get rewarded for completing simple tasks and keeps you busy when you're bored and have your phone handy.

Idek, I don't have a phone that can handle it anyways but I can relate to your points, sure you can create a mii thing and chat but it's like any other company trying to focus on that rather than doing proper games...

300+, I've got several people added who've answered everything. Meanwhile I'm just kinda biding my time slowly answering so I can get +5/10 MyNintendo points.

What I don't like about Miitomo is having to listen to answers one by one, and even tapping continuously to speed things up would get answers skipped. If we have a cuter avatar (not Mii-based) and have other social features beside answering questions (group chats perhaps? personal chat?) I could see it being popular. But right now, I'm not sure.

Honestly, I hate Miitomo, I uninstalled it, it was boring. I wish there were more. A disappointment like Tomodachi Life...

I never thought Miitomo had much appeal to begin with. I mean, when something has a lot of hype before its release, unless it's completely and utterly amazing it'll tend to lose steam relatively quickly - I don't think Miitomo is all that different (though I don't remember it having all that much hype to begin with, but I'm not sure I was paying attention when it first released, haha). It's cute, yeah, but so are dozens of other apps of this nature. /shrug

I guess I just never thought of it as being particularly special, so the decline in interest doesn't surprise me.

I wonder if Miitomo was meant to be a Tomodachi Life App but they decided to rebrand it from their debut mobile game... They're not that dissimilar.
