Selling Muffy is moving away!!!

Its been a while since ive been on the site but Muffy the Uchi is ready to leave my town she is ready Nov 29. (i have been time traveling lol). Normally i wouldn't sell, but i need the bells so that i can pay off my house and build new public works projects!! I'm not really sure how much she goes for nowadays but if anyone would like her go ahead and make an offer
