My bells are stuck at 7?

I have been posting a lot (half in the basement, half everywhere else) but my bells are only displaying as 7?

There are some places where your posts won't give you bells. You don't get bells from posting in the basement.

oh this happens all the time, it always gets fixed eventually so don't worry about it
