My Computer is Messed Up

OK. Today I was working on a project in GIMP and as soon as I was adding the finishing touches and pressed save. My computer screen went blank. Than I clicked on the space bar and this blue screen said somthing was wrong with my computer and to restart. I hit the power button and turned it back on and it was kind of slow. Now I am going crazy trying to find out what was wrong with it. I'm scaning all my files with Windows Defender, Norton and avast! Antivirus. Anyone else have this problem.

Also with the GIMP project, I didn't save so I lost everything.

Windows defender says everything is fine. Just waiting for avast! and Norton.
