I'm sorry this happened to you; this must feel devastating. Definitely reach out to Nintendo Support again to see if they can recover your save data from the new Switch before you restart. If that unfortunately doesn't work out, if you need stuff, don't hesitate to reach out. And look out for catalogue events/giveaways on the forums!
