Pokemon X and Y Battle Maison Nita:

... in my version Battle Maison Nita doesn't have the front of her dress revealing her legs. I filled that part up with ruffles.
Also this dress goes well with Ribboned Straw Hat.

I have thought about making France's coat but I honestly don't like filling up the bottom/front part with fabric. I like how France's coat opens up to show off his great legs. lol
So I haven't attempted in making a France "dress." Sorry.
