I think u did good with the sharpening i would suggest making the background a tiny bit more noticeable because i didn't see it until u mentioned it >.<
not too noticeable but just enough to know what it is.

But the girl looks good of course just work on your backgrounds a bit more and make sure ur sharpening doesn't leave anything too jagged looking
