Fruits I need are anything besides.

Persimmon, durian, lemon, lychee, cherry, mango, banana, and peach

Unfortunately, online services for the 3DS were discontinued a while ago, so you can't get fruits from other people.

Thanks. I'm using a switch. Is there a difference between the two consoles when it comes to animal crossing? I've been frustrated from using up my nook miles to find the same fruit I already have each visit. Only thing new that I find, are the bugs and fish here and there.

You are playing Animal Crossing New Horizons, and these users are talking about Animal Crossing New Leaf, which is on the 3DS. if you can't find the fruit you are looking for in New Horizons, aside from going to mystery islands, i am pretty certain that villagers can give you fruit as a gift. i have not played New Horizons in a while, so i do not know if there are any requirements for this (e.g. having an advanced friendship with a villager). i think they can be gifted both via mail and as a gift in person (after something like completing a request).

Thanks for the clarification! I used online play to get my vegetables from other users and they dived and fished on my island for whatever fish or sea creatures they could not get on their island or from visiting other islands. Only fruit I received so far, were from my "mother".

Hi! I know I'm a bit late but like Kisaker said you posted your question in the section of the forum dedicated to New Leaf(3DS), but I want to specify that unfortunately you can't obtain other fruits without multiplayer in New Horizons (Switch)
