When your neighbors move away, do they come back?
If they do come back, will they have your old memories with them?

if they moved to your friends town u can perswade them but if they move somewhere else they may come back with there memory but i'm not sure about that...

I've tried to wifi trade villagers who moved out, but its really tricky. I've gotten truffles from my town to move in to someone else's town.
