Do you have annoying neighbors?

My neighbors are pretty chill. It helps that I'm a bit of a loner and keep to myself most of the time, thus not having much interaction, but the interactions that I have had with neighbors have always been cordial and friendly.

There's one neighbour nearby who blasts music at a ridiculous volume. Multiple streets of people can hear him. But other than that, my neighbours are nice.

I use to but then they moved away. New tenant told us the horror story they left behind. All around they were just not great people.

This week the neighbors were loud again, one listened to super loud music, all alone in their backyard, till 4am
Another talked to the phone all the afternoon in his driveway, we all heard that conversation, not only he was ultra loud but he was not careful either, he was talking about the job, contracts and all, one day he might just yell his credit card number.

And talking about loud neighbors on the phone. I heard all the drama of one once wanting to quit her husband because he played too much with the kids and she found that annoying, she also had a lover that she was going to meet at a supposedly convention and told the person she talked with not to tell anybody....lol All the street know my dear! We even know about the hotel and the room number.

It's like people telling private stuff on FB with the audience set on public.

I do keep mentioning a certain loud, angry, follicularly challenged individual. I've been told he's like that due to a logging head injury.

The better question is who doesn't have annoying neighbors? Two of my neighbors are super nosy, and while I like one of them, the other is an annoying know-it-all who is always looking down on people. I've made a point to not speak with him whenever he's out, or acknowledge his presence.

Mine are fantastic. Our direct next door neighbours are another LGBT couple who go to some of the same events we do.

I've lived at the same place all my life and we've had pretty much all amazing neighbors until recently. Two years ago this one couple moved in across from us and they're so annoying. They have loud fights and screaming matches all the time and the guy always runs his car in the driveway. Also their cats sit in the road all the time.

No but I have only one neighbor in particular who I absolutely cannot stand and he's an absolute jerk (can't say the actual word I'm thinking). He has no inside (not even an outside) voice and he's always arguing with his family. A personal story I have with him was when my dad passed away, instead of saying I'm sorry (etc., etc.) he just straight up asked if he can have his punching bag.

my next door neighbor? no.

the house across from me? well, there’s been a few issues with violence. many people live there because i think it’s a rental house but these two people have had a track record of fighting with each other. not exactly going to go into it but the police have shown up a few times.

I’m very lucky that I live in a quiet street with no annoying neighbors. My cat does get annoyed when the neighbours cat comes into his garden

Because I’m living in the countryside, I don’t have any neighbors, and thus no annoying neighbors.

I used to but thankfully not anymore. He was such an awful person that he was evicted from his flat.

One neighbor is a jerk who yells profanities and insults everyone, except when he thinks people are watching. His wife, his family, random people on the phone - no one is above getting abused by him. I really hope he meets an early grave.

The other neighbor used to be nice, but stopped when my father moved out. I guess they only liked him.

Most of them are nice enough people, but a lot of my neighbors get dogs they can't handle and it shows Way too many large dogs with behavioral issues getting loose frequently around here, and they'd probably all be fine if they got regular walks and better training. I still don't know how some of my neighbors messed up a boxer so bad that it's actually aggressive, since they're normally a pretty gentle and friendly breed.

also one of the neighbors will occasionally throw loud, late night parties, which would be more annoying if it weren't for the novelty of the one person loudly playing their tuba of all things lmao

I live in a terraced house and my old neighbours used to be fine. The old lady to the right of me has since moved to a care home as her house is full of asbestos. Recently we got new neighbours to the left hand side.. 1 word - AWFUL. It’s a mother and her son, she’s an alcoholic and he’s a druggy. Police are there every other day, the shouting, the foul language sometimes at 2/3am when I have 2 kids in bed? Man I hate people.
