'new' items such as kid's tent and dollhouse - what else did I miss?

I missed quite a lot between Halloween and the beginning of March. I knew there was a new puppy doll because I saw it online, but today I saw there is also a kid's tent (love it), and a dollhouse. I saw there is also a switch lite purchasable through the terminal too.
What other new items purchasable through Nook's Cranny came out that I might not know about? I'm very curious!

There where a few new items that came out on toy day which has a race track and dino I'd timetravel and try to collect they are all really cute items

A lot. Those you mentioned are from toy day.
There is also Pave items (Festivale), ST. Patrick’s (shamrock day), Pie day, and the new Bunny day items. I feel like I’m missing quite a few though.

The pave and bunny day were through nooks and the shamrock and pie day through the nooks phone app.

My favourite items that have come out in the past few months were the Dollhouses, Set of Stockings, and Bunny Day Tree.

It's hard to keep up with the new items that come out if you are not invested in the game. These are the items you've missed after Halloween that are re-orderable

Shamrock items (hat, shoes, suit, sunglasses)
Festivale items (accessory, costume, tank dress)
Horned ogre mask
Ogre costume
Okame mask
Christmas items (dinosaur toy, dollhouse, kids' tent, mini circuit, popup book, puppy plushie, rc helicopter, tin robot, set of stockings, yule log)
Christmas clothes ( reindeer costume/hat, santa beard, santa coat, santa hat, santa pants)

and of course the latest update with the new bunny day items and the prom stuff

The puppy doll and doll house were part of the Christmas toys update. You can see the complete list here! Your island will come with one colour variant but you'll have to trade for the rest as usual. Thankfully they can be catalogued so you can touch trade with people! There's also been a few special items available through the Nook terminal but I can't remember all of them. My favourites were the stuff that came out around New Years. There were a few food items like the Berliner and New Year's Noodles and new types of gift wraps like the red packet and bokjumeoni pouch... although I like to use them as decorations rather than wrapping

The New Years’ items are pretty cool. There’s a lot of food items like noodles, donuts, grapes and sparkling cider !
