Ofc yes but this will be so difficult for you to do it you know....
For example, if you have bob in your town and try to move him away because you don’t like his house position, you will need to rotate 16 villagers before you can adopt bob same villager again. You need to do lots of time travelling. ofc you are always welcome to come back
