Hello Gon! TBT is an online currency on this forum! You can buy many cool things with it like hybrids, money, furniture, clothing e.c.t
You currently have 14 TBT (which is below your name when you post). To send TBT, click on another personal bells and a pop down menu should appear! To find people who are buying/selling stuff for TBT, go to the "forum home" page and click on "TBT Marketplace".
Roughly, 50 TBT = 10 million in game and 100 TBT = 20 million in game.

Just to add onto what HowlSilver said - you can also earn TBT by posting around the site! Some forums won't grant you TBT, but others will ^^. You can also sell your extra or unwanted ACNL items or services for TBT (or "in game bells", often abbreviated as IGB) if you so choose.
