Well, at first glance it looks nice, but when looking deeper into it, you notice the faults. First, the render is too over-contrasted, and needs blended. I think a low opacity blue gradient map would let it flow with the sig, and blend it a bit. Second, the background doesn't really have much appeal. It's just a solid background and what looks like a brushing going slightly across. To improve it, brush more, or just use a filter to add some appeal.
