"ATTENTION: Hacked Pokemon are NOT allowed in this tournament! This includes hacking rare candy to level your Pokemon up to 100. If your whole party consists of level 100's, you will not be able to enter."

Also, isn't there a wifi setting that allows all of the pokemon to be the same level? I think using this would be more fair.

Yeah but if they could have hacked stats. The stats stay no matter what level the Pokemon is set to for battling.

It's kind of lame that someone can have a good strategy, but fail due to being a lower level. :/

If you're really good at the game, you won't need ubers. Plus, no one else is using them either. So it's not like you'll be disadvantaged. :3
