What do you think? There is always and absolute for everything? There is an absolute for certain things? There's never an absolute?
"Never compromise. Not even in the face of Armageddon" as said by Rorschach In Watchmen. I know it's a just movie, but I always liked that line. I don't particularly agree with it though

There is never an absolute for anything. Anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't tried to do anything about it.

Absolutely.

There are no absolutes, Or is there? I'm not absolutely sure.

I believe there's an absolute truth for everything. People can have different perspectives when there's incomplete information because we can only do our best to guess what's missing, but when there is complete information on something, then anyone who disputes that complete information has a mental problem. It's not viewing the world from a different perspective; it's being detached from reality and those who are able to clearly see reality need to help those who can't.

I think there IS absolute truth, but belief is relative. There must be absolute answers for some of the Big Questions, like how the universe was created and if a higher power exists. In the case of a god, there either is one, or there isn't, or they exist differently. That answer must exist, but because we're unable to prove any answer to be true, belief in a god is relative. The same goes for some aspects of science; because we cannot prove the truth behind anything, only give it our best guess, we cannot know for sure if something is true. Still, we do our best, and those beliefs and theories are relative.

"I believe in ice cold Absolut," said Heisenberg, who then tipped back his highball glass and guzzled the last of his vodka tonic. Accounts vary somewhat as to what happened next, as either due to a minor earthquake, angry poltergeists, or for no apparent reason at all, a heavy-clad hardbound volume of Plato's Dialogues fell off the shelf and landed corner down directly on the crown of Heisenberg's skull, whereupon he ultimately ended up unconscious down on the laminated hardwood floor...

Like a few others have said. I think there is an absolute, but individuals all see it from a different perspective and I don't think anyone has or ever will have the full picture. Anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something.

ya there r absolute truths lets not try to get philosophical here and lose sight of things x
