Nook miles?

So I know there are tasks you complete to get nook miles. Is it like the meow coupons where the renew? Or once you're done its over? I would think some would renew...but idk if that was said or not. maybe I just missed it.

I don't believe they've said how Nook Miles work in that regard, yet. But I'm assuming that there will be smaller, daily reoccurring tasks to get you a smaller sum, and larger milestone tasks that will yield higher values. That would make the most sense in order to keep accumulating Nook Miles.

If they didn't renew, you'd run out of things to do. I believe they will work the same as they did in New Leaf. The game will randomly pick dailies and weeklies from a pool and give then to you every day and week regardless of whether you've done it or not.

Sometimes, as seen in New Leaf, you'll get special dalies, like when Gracie Visits town. These aren't picked randomly, but given based on the day.

Based on the fact that you need Nook Miles in order to buy the tickets to visit the random islands, I think it's safe to assume they renew.

However I think what pinkfawn said would make a lot of sense. Some things like catching bugs or fish would probably renew, but then there may be milestone ones like "Catch 1000 bugs" and once you complete that, it doesn't renew.

There's definitely a set of 'milestone' tasks and a set of renewable tasks. Milestones are the ones where you work to achieve a set goal, where the rest are the ones make you do a certain thing and are likely renewable.

Yeah. I'm in agreement of the guess that we'll have multiple milestones, some of which will refresh daily or weekly and some of which will never refresh (think of these ones as achievements). If they don't have any that refresh, then the final milestones will have to offer an extremely large amount of miles.

Knowing that we need Nook Miles to go on the Mystery Tours, I'm sure it's safe to assume the tasks or daily things to earn Nook Miles will renew everyday or every week. So yeah, they should renew, otherwise we wouldn't have too many Nook Miles and we all would have to be careful what we spend them on. xD

I don't see the point in an in game currency that has a finite limit.
