octavian just told me he's moving on the 1st next month! he's free to the first person that asks
i will time travel forward for you to get him but i won't time travel backwards so if nobody says they want him before the 1st i'll let him move out on his own

DOUBLE EDIT: I'M SO SORRY OMG I DIDN'T KNOW TIME TRAVEL WITHOUT HITTING THE MOVE DATE STILL MAKES HIM MOVE ,... he's moving today now so if anyone wants him he is currently in boxes
