Odd Things That You Collect

idk if it's weird but
i collect hello kitty plushes i have likeeee 50 probably ( could be considered weird since i'm 21..? haha)
i kinda collect holiday cards, like i'll never throw away a card some1 gives me so i have a bunch
i kinda want to collect more plushes like rillakumma and korillauma mainly, but every time i see them being sold they're so expensive :c maybe i will start a savings for when i visit Japan one day and just go ham on buying plushes

i collect any gift cards i get. i'm really thankful i do, since i have a ton of club penguin membership cards and the game ended ):
also so i can see all of the money i wasted over the years ouo

my little sister collects any rare-looking or old coins. she has a ton of them, and i believe the oldest coin she has is a 1962 nickel.

I collect creepy looking dolls, and pop up books. Some of my pop up books are for kids, but I have a lot of adult ones. One of my favorites is The Walking dead pop up.

I also collect old childrens books. I love the art work, and it's interesting to see what was allowed in a childrens book long ago, but would not be ok today. Like fathers smoking pipes, kids getting spanked, and I have one book of nursery rhymes that talks about prostitutes.

I also collect dollhouse miniatures. :)

I collect stuffed animals (at 16 lol) i feel like the more I have the less lonely I am, like i list off as i get more and keep track of them and feel awful if i lose one or misplace it

Collectibles lol.

I used to collect can tabs when I was little? I have no idea why haha. Nowadays I collect any merchandise from my favourite games, movies or tv shows. Whether it be DVD's, plushies, figurines, amiibo's, dolls, you name it. I wish I had more space to display everything though!

Not sure if this is odd, but I like to collect beautiful bed clothings, beddings? (If that's the word). I feel there's never too many of them.

But the odd thing though, every time I go for a walk in to a deeper forest, I like to collect green beard moss from trees and take them home. I like to use them in decorating.

I used to collect shot glasses from different places lol, but the weird part is I collected them starting at age 16. Now I like to collect mostly keychains and gashapons- only if in keychain form.

When I was younger, I collected interesting rocks (If I remember correctly, it was actually possible to find tiny fossils at my school's playground.), the tags to stuffed animals/plush (I still do, but only if I think the tag looks nice), and instructions/advertisement that came with toys (mostly happy meal toys or a "collect them all" checklist thing. Sometimes I still find myself not throwing these things away.). Now I mostly just collect plush and figures, which is normal.
I don't know what happened to my rocks, but the tags and papers are probably still around in random places. (My room is a mess)

Boxes. Any box that has a cute or fun color/pattern, or that just looks nice. Face products that come in cute boxes, cute perfume boxes, shoe boxes, etc. I also collect any cards I receive! I keep them in one of my cute shoe boxes :p

I like to collect empty boxes of things I bought, the little cute tags from clothes or plushies, and gift cards! I still have my 2ds box and some cute tags from my alpaca plushie and my bear hoodie I gotten from Japan c:

Nothing super weird, but I collect dolls, crystals, Pokemon plushies, 80s toys, and Archie comics. The 80s toys thing might seem weird since I was born in the late 90s, haha, but I love the aesthetic, plus my Mom was an 80s kid so I got second-hand nostalgia.

I used to collect bouncing balls.. I have about 162 but have stopped collecting them, because it's rare to find any nowadays :(

I used to collect clothing tags. It was especially fun when the tag had a cute design or glitter on them. Sometimes came with a spare button, too.

It's not weird really, but I collect amiibos, amiibo cards, and Pop! Figures. If anything, it's just basic lol. I used to collect LPS and Beanie Boos, and I used to have a stuffed panda collection, but that was when I was a kid.

I used to collect Dum Dum wrappers, so that's a little weird, I guess.

Calligraphy pens. I found a great brand of brush pens that I like, its called Tombow ABT. The pens are really good for the level of calligraphy I'm at. The brand has around 150-or-so pens and I have recently become OBSESSED with collecting the different sets and colors. c:

i collect small animal figurines, like i have these little bird figurines that look like foods (corn, bananas, etc), some little glass animals from a street fair in NYC, and other little figurines. i can't help myself tbh haha.

haven't added anything to my collection in a while, but i used to collect rocks that i really liked (perfectly symetrical, shiny, smooth). i would really have to like a rock now to go to the length of embarrassment of picking it up and getting odd looks.

I collected Pok?mon cards and always liked to open my book of cards and go through all of them. (I got rid of it for dumb reasons).

I collected stickers and had a bunch of books of holo ones and ones i got from fairs

i collected rub on tattoos but only the ones i thought were cute

i collected bk mcd happy meal toys which i now sort of miss :(

i collected manga i liked to read

i collected and still collect game boxes and console boxes. i especially like the hg ss boxes. I put all those boxes in an even bigger box to open up when i want to look :p

i collect squishies and plushies but am not overly obsessed since i have limited cash xd

i collect bento boxes that i think are cute

pretty much if its cute or aesthetically pleasing i keeps

I have a giant horde of bouncy balls. I don't know why. When I was much much younger I just started collecting them from everywhere! The dollar store, Chinese food restraunts, the laundromat. Nice story with that last one, several years ago our dryer/washer broke so we had to go to the laundromat often, but it was really fun to sit in that big room alone with my sister and dad while we did our laundry. I probably have 30 bouncy balls from the machine that was there. And yes have sentimental attachment to all of them especially the little clear one that I for some reason stuck toothpicks into
