I hate towns like that, all of your stuff is in 1 small part of your town, the rest is just a few houses/empty houses and 1 completely empty space :S

but you gotta admit the island at the bottom is cool

Yeah! Before he shines your shoes, he flips off the steps so you can sit on them.
