Trying to go for a castle city kind of look.

Any pattern/design artists that do cutouts? I would like Roger rabbit, Jessica Rabbit, Marth from Fire Emblem, and Judge Doom cutouts if anyone likes designing cutouts and has the time to do them. No hurry, take your time if anyone wants to make these designs for cutouts for me. Would take awhile to make just one of them anyway.
