Err.. what exactly do you mean by collar? A high collared coat, a dog collar, what? And you can only make shirts, dresses, and hats. So you'd have to make the whole shirt anyway. If you mean the type of collar in your avatar, that's not really possible with what they give you in game. I might give a crack at a detailed coat, do you have pictures for what you have in mind?
