tbh i actually hate roles like the escort or doctor because you never know the WIFOM mafia has since day is only like 3 minutes.

There is no benefit unless you are going for the worker's best achievement. It increases the cost of rent(but reduces heating). Economically, it's one of the worst decisions if the game to make. Overall, I think it's +10 credits rent cost and -5 credits heating. You can upgrade up to Class-5
