Well, I have my new island up and running and decided to TT only enough to get the campsite, and then keep it on that day until I actually catch up.....and I am glad I did, look who was in the campsite waiting for me!



That's right, for the second island in a row, Hans was my first camper! I think this might mean even if you reset you are stuck with the same first camper no matter what, but I like to think that I was just lucky enough to get him back after accidently deleting my island yesterday.

Your first campsite villager that you're forced to invite has to be a Smug villager, so realistically it was only a 1 in ..35? chance of getting Hans to appear.

Not necessarily. Like Khaelis said, there is a small pool of Smug villagers to choose from. It's still incredible odds, but it's not totally outside the realm of possibility.
