I was going around town before that but I didnt see her....So...yeah.Not a hack I guess.Then later that day I asked Brooker. He said no one came through.But that was like 5pm.

I think Broker(or however you spell it) only tells you about that person
while they rae in your town.
Some of the time, it's very hard to find her around your town. But she leaves at 12.
Joan comes at 06:00 AM and leaves 12:00 PM.
