If you want to buy Deidre outright you'll need to reserve her! Reservations are 20 tbt for a 24 hour period once she's in boxes. I'll message you when she's ready to move out of my town and then you post a purchase form (which is in my first post) and specify your mayor and town names and the method you choose to buy her with. :3

Well I have no way of knowing when Pierce will be moving, and there's someone else lurking for him, so you may get beaten to the punch when he does go into boxes if you choose to just lurk for him.
