I'm currently on a vacation and haven't been able to cycle much, but I will be home soon, so within the next few days I'd say she'd be available.
If you want to absolutely have her, I do have reserves open!
Reserves are 20 tbt, and that would guarantee you Melba when she moves. She is tier 5, so the reserve plus her fee would be 25, if you'd want to go that route.
(It would come with her picture as well, as stated in the update I just posted.)

I have a greater need for TBT than IGB at the moment but the art is much appreciated ;u;
And well.. the other person who wanted to reserve didn't respond yet, but I DID say in my FAQ that in the event of more than one person wanting to reserve the first person to confirm and send the reserve fee would get the villager, so I don't want to go back on my word.

That's not a problem! I'm on vacation so cycling has been paused, but I'll be home by Friday so she should be in boxes shortly after that.
If you have to put her in your husband's town then just make sure to fill the villager purchase form accordingly once she's ready to move, otherwise that's perfectly fine with me. :3
