Oh! I only put villagers IN my town who are dreamies in red, so there are currently none who are unavailable.
Both Marshal and Ankha are dreamies of my friends', but I've already acquired Marshal for him so he's fair game!
As for Ankha, it's true that the first I find while cycling will be unavailable. BUT, you're free to lurk for the next one I may come across after! Such is the beauty of a cycle town; as long as I have the patience for it, it's an unlimited villager source. xD I'll add you to my list for both!
