The only way I've ever found to do that is by facebook, unfortunately :/

All you have to do is turn off your 3DS. Then remove the SD card on the side of the system.
Most laptops have a built in SD reader but if yours doesn't then you'll need to buy one.
Basically insert the SD card into your computer or SD reader and then the folder will come up with all your photos. Just drag which ones you want to your computer's storage folders.

power light still comes on when its plugged in but it just wont come on at all :c
my dads upset because he has to take it back to pcworld so they can look at it and they have had such awful customer service to us in the past xD pc world is like his nightmare :c
