Has anybody been watching this (it's only had one episode so far)? It's about a group of filmmakers competing to win a million dollars to make a movie of their own. The series premeire was ok, but I thought they should have shown some of the contestant's short films (that got them into the top 50). They didn't even show one. I think the show will improve once it gets down to the top 18 and it shows their movies every week, and you get to know the contestants. better. The next episode is on Thursday at 9:30. What did anybody else think?
Watched the first hour of it (been looking forward to this show since I'm a big movie making geek), and wasn't very impressed. Half the movie ideas that they pitched were horrible. I could have done way better.
I thought last night's episode was pretty good. My top 3 favorite movies were:
1. Danger Zone
2. The Big Bad Heist
3. Soft
Definitely gonna stick with this show and watch it througout the summer.
