A lot of people like these backpacks and I'm considering getting one because I'm in need of a smaller bag I can take places!

What are your opinions on these backpacks, do you like them or hate them?

when i got my first one they weren't that common though i'd seen them around only a little bit online, but now i see them quite a lot more than before.
i got a sky blue classic (shown in the picture in the op on the right) for school in 2015, a graphite kanken mini in 2016 and then just got a black classic last month to use for school this year. i think they're really cool looking while also being practical.
i regret getting the sky blue one because while it was nice in the first month, it ended up getting dirty beyond redemption and looking like an ombre sky blue and brown lmao. i only use the graphite one for going out with friends or in situations that only demand a smaller bag, so it isn't dirty and still looks pretty fresh in comparison to the blue one i used everyday, which to be fair lasted me a year and a half. i haven't had the black one for long but it doesn't pick up as much dirt.
if i was to get another one, it would probably be in college and would probably be the yellow or pink one shown in the picture because i think the bright colours look really cool, and i wouldn't be using it as much.
@op, i would recommend them. they're a perfect size, very strong (not a single break or tear on any part of my oldest bag, if it wasn't for the dirt it would still last me years), and look nice

I see those everywhere. Their brand is superrr expensive. I went into their SOHO store once to look at jackets and the tag said "$500" so I proceeded to the exit trying to look as unfazed as possible lol.

But the rectangle shape is nice if you carry books and notebooks! I don't know how durable they are but they must be pretty good since people keep buying them. :)

I have one ! I love it. It's a fog-coloured one and I take it to college. (Which would be high school for America, I
believe...? Since I live in England). Mine is sturdy and carries very well! I find it very comfortable, though I can
struggle fitting my ringed folder in it, but I suppose it's that way with most bags. It cleans very easily compared to
the other bags I have, and little enamel pins look excellent on it ! I always want to purchase more to decorate it,
so I can really radiate that 'Tumblr vibe'. They are popular among other students too- the most common colour I've
seen is the yellow one. I might have to see if anyone makes Animal Crossing enamel pins actually, oooooh...

love them! i have a fog classic one & a navy kanken no. 2 and i love them both

They are ridiculously overpriced here just because some retro fashions are the in thing. I'd never buy a new on for like $80 lol. I don't mind them, but seeing as they are like a hipster fake hippie thing nowadays I'm just.. uh no plus I never use backpacks.

yes i love them

there are 5 in my school, (lol don’t ask why i count) and my sister has the yellow one:lemon:
there are 11 superdry outdoor bags aswell

i dont really care, theyre really expensive and not super nice but w/e. they were Realllllly popular w the edgy indie "not like other girls" kids a few years ago but it seems like that isnt as big of a thing now idk

They seem nice, honestly never heard of them until right meow. I don't really use a backpack, besides the few cutesy purse "back-packs" I have since I don't go to school. I use a tote bag if I want to carry books around and have like totes over backpacks since I was in school. I don't think I'd pay what they cost, but I would for sure pay that for a cute designer bag, I just wouldn't use a designer bag as a backpack.

I love mine, it's so durable and handy - but I use the laptop size one (or whatever it's called it's just taller and a bit bigger than the normal sized), it's black and the handle and straps are a burgandy red colour, once you buy one it'll last you for life, it's sooo well made, none of the stitching has frayed and it's entirely intact. I used to use it for school for about a year and it survived, now I use it for out and about if I need a lot to carry

I was gonna get the yellow but I thought that it would be too flashy for me, so I ended up with the ox red! Might get a yellow mini in the future though ! :)

the ox red one is really nice looking!
i know they do a more mustard yellow one that i was tempted to get but i think darker colours are more practical for everyday use, though i'd love to have a bright yellow or mustard yellow one in the future

pretty sure the darker yellow is called ocre ! It's a really nice colour. :) You could probably get that one in the "mini" kids size for more of a purse-y backpack to carry around and not one for school

i?ve had mine for 3 years and it?s held up really well carrying paint supplies, my macbook, and lots of other things. i never saw people carry it before but it?s been trending for the past year or so now. i have the classic one in black and it?s gotten a bit dirty so it?s charcoal looking. i want the pink one but i also want to move on from the kanken.

I'm not particularly fond of the design/colours and I see them around too often which is crazy cos they are super overpriced. I think there are better backpacks out there and I like em on the bigger side.. I haven't changed my main back pack in like 6 years though.

They look really nice and from what I hear they're super durable, and I would like to have one they weren't so expensive. I have to say, the square shape is really nice and practical, and the colors really help the bag pop. I might just wait for the craze to die down a bit more then get one for myself soonish or later

that's the one! i would if i didn't already have one in graphite, which i kind of regret? but it goes with everything and still looks really nice.

Ahh, I've never had one, but they're so aesthetically pleasing and I really want one in the future. The only problem for me is that they look really small so I'd personally wouldn't use one for school purposes, but I've seen people use them as school backpacks.
