basic rules are don't change the design overly so where it's unrecognizable, credit the artist for character design/art, and to not resell for rl monies (and also do not use for commercial use, but that seems obvious). otherwise, you're free to do whatever you would like.

if you're fine w/ these conditions, then send the tbt and i'll pm you the original image!

no, i do not.
firstly, it isn't an auction.
it's an "OTA" thread which stands for "Offer To Adopt" so you basically
offer what you think the adopt is worth.
secondly, adopts are pretty self-explanatory.
it's a character you adopt. you essentially gain ownership of it.
you can add them to your stories, your roleplays, your hoard of ocs, and whatever.
however, most adopts have rules to them such as no reselling for real life money
or using the character for commercial uses.
i hope that all makes sense.
