yeah, 50 tbt is a bit low.
i can tell you the original image is MUCH bigger and better.
if i had to give a minimum, then i would say 100 tbt to 150 tbt.

basic rules are don't change the design overly so where it's unrecognizable, credit the artist for character design/art, and to not resell for rl monies (and also do not use for commercial use, but that seems obvious). otherwise, you're free to do whatever you would like.
