whew, the angles + camera zoom i had to use to try and not get a picture
of me in the reflection of the foil on the balloon had me crying TT__TT​

I feel your pain. I photographed a similar balloon and gave up on fighting with the reflection. I hid my face behind my phone and called it a day. You did much better than I did!
