Not to be that guy, but this thread could be a huge asset for a malicious unknown who is trying to target a specific user. Password habits can be useful for social engineering or even guessing alternate passwords if they already have one.
I would of gotten away with it if it wasn’t for you meddling kids

but yeah idk maybe don’t give away info about how you password things xd

I usually remember all my passwords and if not uhh.. then I pray that I can get a new password through mail. 😅

My passwords have been mostly the same, until a website says "for security reasons we need you to change your password". Then I either add a number or !.

i use the same one everywhere but since i've been hacked two times recently (LoL and genshin) i decided to make my passwords harder to find. i won't be revealing what i changed but my bf gave me a really good technique for strenghening my passwords.

i use the same password everywhere and change it if the site requires it to have capital letters, numbers or special characters. probably not the safest option ever but most of the sites i use it on would be pretty useless for a hacker, i think.

I use bitwarden because my memory is trash. I also tend to use extremely long and complicated passwords for extra security and can't even remotely remember them 😅 @Mikaiah You said you were looking for a program that synchronizes between phone and computer? Bitwarden does that (I use it on both devices) and my partner, who is a little too obsessed with online privacy and security, recommended it to me so I think it's safe. As far as I know it's free as well.

I've been using the same password since I've seen a certain animated movie.

And that's all I'm gonna say. lmao

But yeah, I'm too lazy to change my passwords, so I just use the same one. I guess I rely on Chrome to come up with a better password for me sometimes, but not if it's a website I'd sometimes browse on my phone, because my phone has issues remembering passwords sometimes.

All my 1,000 Passwords are in my head. I remember all of them mostly. If I don’t, then I can always use a reset password link. I don’t really like to save my passwords or have them written down somewhere, since I’m too scared it could fall on the wrong hands.

I would say I prefer to use the same password with different alterations, but that’s not possible at work. I have to change passwords at work every month, and it doesn’t let me repeat them. There’s a bunch of different programs I have to log in as well.

Why am I the ONLY vote for 'don't need to remember passwords if you never have to re-login'🤣

In all seriousness, yeah not having to log in everytime is great. I use apps so I'm always logged in.
