Pattern makers!! Don’t forget to get a stylus for the switch!!!

i?m pretty sure that any stylus that?s compatible with an iphone/ipad would also work with the switch

This is NOT CORRECT. At least, my Apple pen does not work on my partner's Switch. Different hardware, according to google.

I don't think the bluetooth part works but as a normal stylus it might? Not sure if this video is legit.

^I can't even tell if that's an apple pencil he's got? I also can't find other videos showing it more clearly. Personally I wouldn't mess with my pencil to try and make it compatible, that thing is expensive.

From what I'm seeing, capacative styluses will work (so, pretty much any other stylus used for smartphones/smart devices.) But the Apple Pencil specifically is not capacitive/some kind of complicated capacitive that requires hardware in the IPad screen to work. Makes sense, since sometimes my Apple Pen doesn't even read on my Ipad.

I don't know about other types of pressure sensitive/high end drawing tools. But anyone SPECIFICALLY who plans to use the Apple Pencil will need a normal capacitive stylus.

Oh my god kids are so annoying.

*shakes a cane*

(Also there are two versions of the Apple Pencil and they don't have the same compatiblity list.)

I bought a capacitive stylus years ago for Mario Maker. It's okay to use. We'll probably get a zoom feature for pattern making like New Leaf. I use it for Smash Bros to a lesser degree.

I‘m sure they were referring to the ones with the rubber nips, not official products like that
