I think it's fine so long as she's the one who drew it? I don't know for sure but I would think it'd be all right to include other people's characters.

I have posted in the contest thread, so hopefully a mod helps clarify just in case.
I think by collab they just mean ___ can't sketch and line while ______ colors and shades, etc.
It doesn't have any character restrictions, like the writing one (no fan-fics unless AC) so OCs may be fine, but always good to be sure, so once they answer I'll post if it's alright or not!
