Can people learn to be more tolerant? For a game like Tomodachi Life and Animal Crossing, having more inclusive options is a good thing because some people want to live the same way in the games as they do in real life, and more options allows more creativity.Seeing people whining about the possibly that Nintendo adding Same-Sex to the new Tomdachi Life game. Saying it may cause controversy (if I can remember, not having it was also controversial back in 2014), the old 'two GeNdErS' thing and whatnot.
I played the Japanese 3DS version before and remember plenty of times when one of my CHILD miis no older than 10 tried to ask my ADULT (she was 28 at the time) character out! Not only that, she was already married to a slightly older guy. It was so uncomfortable and it was to the point that I decided to make everyone a grown up so it wouldn't happen again and I really like having a variety of miis on my island. I wasn't the biggest fan of having the kids get married in the game anyway, I want them to just be kids. Let them play at a playground, draw on the sidewalk, watch them go to school to learn or something.
But yeah. Apparently creepy, child-adult pairings were ok and not two fully grown adults who are the same gender and love each other just as much as the opposite ones.
While I'm not LGBT, I would love to see this. Not everyone is straight like me and It is 100% nothing wrong with them going into relationships with the same gender.
I also saw them bringing up them not being able to have kids. Not everyone wanted their miis to have kids, that's why there's an option to shut it off and some of these people never heard of adoption.
I know right. Can people learn to be more tolerant? For a game like Tomodachi Life and Animal Crossing, having more inclusive options is a good thing because some people want to live the same way in the games as they do in real life, and more options allows more creativity.
I really liked 2! They had such a great cast of characters. I like Reyn and Shulk in the 1st. I don't know how far you are, but seeing the landscape for the first time was so cool.I am playing through Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition for the first time. Oh my...
This game is epic. The visuals... WOW.
I can't wait to play the sequels!

I feel ya, I was a loyal PS Plus subscriber for years, but canceled about a year ago. I feel like the subscription is worth it if you literally never buy any games. In my case, games I purchased during the past couple of years would pop up as the free games of the month. So it was no longer worth it for me.I decided to get PlayStation Plus alongside my PS5 Slim and the selection is kinda underwhelming. Genres like RPGs and racing games are underrepresented and the selection of older titles is slim.
I’m excited for the game. I still have a copy of Tomodachi Life but haven’t played it in months. I booted it up a few months ago but since then haven’t touched it.View attachment 615925
I looked at the Tomodachi Life: LTD trailer for the millionth time and just now noticed this.
A city?
My favorite RPGs are games like Persona 5 Royal, Octopath Traveler and so on. As for racing games I mostly like Forza and Mario Kart.I feel ya, I was a loyal PS Plus subscriber for years, but canceled about a year ago. I did play some fun games though that were featured, but still not quite worth the cost to me personally.
Out of curiosity, I would like to hear what RPG's you have enjoyed? Also racing games to a lesser extent... I haven't tried playing racing games since the old Need for Speed games. (I guess I don't include Mario Kart)
