I’m usually not a big fan, but I think it’s hilarious how Andy Cohen has videos on Instagram where his daughter tells him that Minnie and Daisy (stuffed Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck toys) “punched” and “smacked” her— and then Andy makes them apologize. 😂 I mean, I know kids have imaginary friends, but that just sounded funny to me.

Sometimes I think about how when I was about 7 years old and on the train with my Grandma, I told her that I “played laundry” with my friend and how she might have thought we were pretending to do the laundry, but we were pretending to be laundry. The ghostbasket episode of Bluey made me think of this, because I think we crawled in a white laundry basket.

I can't believe I haven't posted about this yet... I bought this patch a while ago when I went to the craft store to get supplies for my Valentine's event collage, and I love it so much because the cat looks a lot like my fursona (anyone who has looked at my art thread at least once will know what she looks like) and it also reflects one of my favorite yarn hobbies even though there's no crochet hook on there. I have yet to decide where to put it though.

I’ve read that most Shih Tzus have an underbite. Finn doesn’t have one, and obviously Peppy (R.I.P.) didn’t have one as he was half-poodle.
I remember one of my neighbors had a Shih Tzu. Whenever she looked at you, the combo of her huge eyes and underbite made her look unhinged lol. She was cute though.
Honestly, I’m glad Finn doesn’t have one. I guess I would get used to it, but it’s hard to picture his teeth hanging out all the time.
I remember reading that the last line of defense for a Chinese emperor was a shih tzu hidden up their sleeve. I guess in case a would be assassin made it all the way to their throne/room they could unleash the pint-size bitey power!

They can definitely be feisty lol! I remember when Finn was in his Petsmart training class, there was one other Shih Tzu, but she didn’t do much lol. However, Finn got mad at the teacher a few times— especially when she tried to put the graduation cap on him. 😂

I know people are calling it “iPhone face” now (modern-looking actresses in period dramas), but I always thought a lot of actors and actresses looked out of place in period dramas. Maybe it’s the lush thicc paintings, combined with the actors’ plastic surgery, that throw me off.

Also, what’s interesting is in this discourse people are targeting the actresses more than the actors. Feels like a double standard to me.

My job can drive me to the insane asylum at times, but apparently I am not alone and my coworkers make my day every day!

Today I was discussing books with someone, and another fellow coworker blurted out "I have never met a book that tasted good!" 😅 I Googled that and can't find a similar quote other than "having good taste in books". Am I missing something? Or did he just have a moment of insanity along with the rest of us at work?? 😆
