I found out on the Lost Media Wiki that the full 16-minute Family Guy pilot was found a few days ago on the personal website of one of the pilot's digital ink artists. Funnily enough, it had been on the internet since September 2022, but no one knew about it until just recently.
Goes to show that some lost media can be hiding in places that no one might expect, and that really intrigues me.

Speaking of lost media, I've noticed that most lost media were found through finding hidden areas. So instead of calling these "lost media", we should just call them "hidden media" since some media are just left untouched by time in the VHS or people didn't know the concept of internet archiving. It's funny that this movie is found because of a tumblr post showing the snippet of the movie in the image (showing an old elf man) from the said lost media.
The true "lost media" are canned or cancelled games, movies, series, or early production that never seen the light of day.

That’s true. “Hidden media” makes a lot more sense to me. For example, there are filmed things that are kept secret out of respect, such as Siegfried and Roy’s tiger attack. Or even the final season of “GLOW”, as the middle of it got cancelled due to the pandemic. (At least one episode was filmed, though.)
It is tragic to me that at least 80% of silent films have been lost. And I mean, completely lost, whether due to the MGM vault fire or other means. I wonder what beautiful old movies we could be celebrating today.

Trump needs to learn that his foolish acts as president is why America would no longer be taken seriously as world power (let alone, the main country of the world). America may have invented the light bulb, started the UN, and be the first to land a man on the moon, but that doesn’t make America better than any other country. Trump’s poor job as president, along with the domestic issues on the citizens alone, is making America a mockery of itself across the world.
It’s also worth noting that nothing can be in the top spot forever. They may hold the top spot for years or decade, but even they will eventually fall. Look at the British Empire. They used to be the largest empire, taking over much of the world. But after World War II, they lost control of many of these nations. This is not to say that America will dissolve within our lifetimes, but I don’t see it being the top spot forever (or as great as it once was).

This isn’t something that is necessarily bothering me so it’s better suited for this thread, but there is this girl I met, like, a decade ago on a different forum and we no longer talk. We both just drifted apart from one another, and I sometimes wonder how she’s doing and if she ever thinks of me. We had a lot of things in common and used to talk constantly but we became adults and moved on, I suppose.

I'm really not used to being up so early, especially on a day off. Every time I look at the clock I'm like, "It's only [time]?" x~x But I'm glad I'm starting to remedy my otherwise-chaotic sleep schedule.

saw the new trailer for Game Changer and I audibly gasped upon seeing a Gianmarco cameo!! on second watch I also saw Angela from Smosh and Keith & Zac from Try Guys ;v; all of them have been on my radar so im really happy Dropout got to invite them. lots of new faces for me too so im definitely looking forward to expanding my radar. looks like it's gonna be a real fun season!!
also im so amused with Keith & Zac wearing shirts that said "2ndtry dot TV, we're slightly cheaper!" when they were on Dropout. gave me a good laugh. i absolutely love the energy between these collabs, it feels like they were made out of the genuine love for entertainment over competition for the audience. and if anything these collabs are advertisements in a way because people like me are checking all these different entertainers. big respect.
