A wing attack hit me from behind, causing me to topple off of the roof.
THUD.
I called Budew back into its pokeball, scrambled to my feet, and retreated back through the eastern exit to Floatoma town. I hid amongst the trees, in case any of those brats followed.

"Return, Ralts! I'm healing and then going off to Eterna City now...I guess. It's the home of Sinnoh's 2nd Gym." I walk into the Pokecenter, heal and put Ralts in the P.C. "I'm sure I'll need you later, Ralts."

"I'm glad that wasn't me on that roof...Nidoran!" Nidoran M faints from the Wing Attack. "You son of a-" "Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet follows me. "Good, you're still here...Counter!" Wobbuffet tried using Counter, but failed. "This is going to take awhile..."

"Care to finish that sentence?" I taunted.
"Starly, Double Team!"

How could I have lost to that brat?! I thought as I healed my pokemon with a bunch of potions.
I was still quite close to the exit from Floaroma town, so I overheard the brat I was battling say he was going to go to Eterna city. That's where one of our main buildings is. Oh, he's gonna get it there.

10 minutes later, I emmerged from the gym, with my first badge. It took a lot of effort, since I didn't have a water type, but I had eventually managed to beat Roark.
"Hey, Josh, do you have a badge from here already?"

We left the gym, with Yukiko getting her first gym badge. "Yep, I already got my gym badge here. I have a feeling there was a Team Galactic attack at the next town, so I decided to stick around. I'll be going now, good luck with your journey!" I replied. I started walking to Floaroma City.

I took my time on my way to Floaroma town, after what Josh said about a team galactic attack, since I didn't really want to get caught up in that. I even stopped by the school when I got to Jubilife City, but i already knew everything that was said when I was there.
(Can someone else do something in Floaroma town, rather than letting this die? My bad character is hiding in a tree, I can't really do much until someone else does stuff first...)

"Wobbuffet, DESTINY BOND!" Wobbuffet uses Destiny Bond, so if it is K.O.'d, it will also K.O. the foe's Pokemon.

"I think I may need you in the next city, Ralts, so I'll just go ahead and take you with me for now." I take Ralts out of the P.C., then go to the Pokemart to buy Super Potions and Antidotes.

"Use it again!" I say, and Starly does so.
I think I'll do it twice more, then I'll be okay.

"Wobbuffet, Counter!" Wobbuffet uses Counter, but it keeps failing.

"So... How does it feel, Mr. Audacious-Uniform, to be beaten by a bird?" I taunt.
"Starly, yet another time!"

 

[Bread Kennedys]

"Ah...this thing was useless anyway other than for Destiny Bond...Wobbuffett return!" I get Wobbuffet to go back into it's Pokeball. "Remember this, Kid...next time we meet, I'm gonna kick your butt so hard, the Hospital will BE your new home!" I go back to Eterna and take a Kadabra, Gastly and Croagunk out of the P.C. Box. "Wobbuffet, you're being de-moted to the lowest rank in my party: Weakest Idiot! And Croagunk, remember that you're a championship...uh...kick...boxer..."

I healed my pokemon with a few potions, then went back to Eterna city. I tried not to move my arm much on the way back, since it hurt when I did. Two wing attacks and a bite to the same arm does a lot of damage...

"Umm... Okay. That wasn't weird at all... Starly, return."
I went over to Ben.
"Nice plan you had there. Should we go through a more... proper introduction?" I ask, extending my hand.

"I suppose." I firmly shook her hand, with much mastery over the years of meeting many dignified people.

"I'm Petal, in case you wanted to know," I say, ending the handshake.

Floaroma town was not too far from Jubilife city, so it didn't take too long to get there, even with me taking my time. When I arrived, I saw the same boy that was horrible earlier. I believe Josh called him Ben?
Oh great, he's here....
